While many groups are dedicated to protecting our environment, the UK Youth Climate Coalition (UKYCC) is a non-for-profit company fulfilling their purpose with passion. Made up entirely of volunteers, the goal of the UKYCC team is to “inspire, empower, mobilise and unite young people to take positive action on climate change.”

Instead of simply placing blame and complaining about the government, the UKYCC supports political involvement by implementing volunteer programs that encourage action. From holding elected officials accountable for their “green” campaign promises to sending delegates to environmentally focused political events around the world, the UKYCC is sparking a desire in young people to take an active role in shaping the future of our world.
